In a world filled with deadlines and headlines. Where work is emphasized over play. Where consumerism and the media invade our daily lives and influence our decision-making. Where the pressure to obtain high-powered careers and settle down in the suburbs is somewhat overwhelming. Often times, I find myself revelling in the simple joys of life: good food, good wine, and good company.
